1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GoldPath platform at goldpath.click, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. User Enrollment & Accounts

Enrollment requires accurate personal and financial information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. GoldPath reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate platform guidelines or provide misleading data.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments processed through GoldPath are non-refundable except under conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and approved bank transfers.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform, including automated scripting, reverse engineering, or sharing access credentials. Prohibited actions will result in permanent account termination without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and proprietary tools displayed on GoldPath remain the exclusive property of GoldPath Ltd. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoldPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding twelve months.

7. Modifications & Termination

GoldPath may update these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
